  • ice cream maker

Allow the mixture to cool slightly before removing the cinnamon stick and star anise pods.

Chilling and Freezing

Once your plum mixture is strained, transfer it to your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The sorbet will be ready when it reaches a smooth, frozen consistency.
