My Unique Exotic Dessert Creation

Today, I am excited to share with you a truly unique and exotic dessert recipe that I recently created. This dish is perfect for a special occasion or when you want to impress your guests with something out of the ordinary.

Ingredients:

  • dragon fruit (200g)
  • lychee (150g)
  • matcha powder (20g)
  • coconut milk (250ml)
  • agar agar (10g)
  • pistachios (50g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • blender
  • saucepan
  • moulds

To start, peel the dragon fruit and lychee, then dice them into small pieces. In a blender, combine the diced fruit with the coconut milk and matcha powder until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, add agar agar, and bring to a gentle boil while stirring constantly.

Once the mixture has thickened, pour it into individual moulds and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

In the meantime, crush the pistachios into small pieces. Once the dessert is set, remove it from the moulds and top with the crushed pistachios for a crunchy texture.

Serving:

The total weight of the cooked dish is approximately 700g, with 4 servings. Each serving weighs around 175g, with an estimated calorie count of 200 per portion.

One tip to make this dessert even more special is to sprinkle some edible flower petals on top before serving for a beautiful and elegant presentation.
