Ingredients:

  • store-bought pizza dough (400g)
  • zucchini (1 medium, thinly sliced)
  • blueberries (1 cup)
  • goat cheese (100g)
  • pine nuts (50g)
  • honey (2 tbsp)
  • fresh basil (handful, chopped)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

To start, preheat your oven to 400°F. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and brush it with olive oil. Next, arrange the thinly sliced zucchini on top of the dough, followed by the blueberries. Crumble the goat cheese over the pizza and sprinkle with pine nuts. Drizzle the honey on top and season with salt and pepper.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are bubbly. Once out of the oven, sprinkle the chopped basil over the pizza for a fresh and vibrant finish.
