Today’s Unique Dessert Creation: Cinnamon Peach Crumble

Hello, dear readers! Today, I am excited to share with you a delightful and unique dessert creation that is perfect for the transition from summer to fall – my Cinnamon Peach Crumble. This dessert is a personal favorite of mine and always brings back memories of cozy evenings spent baking with my family. The combination of sweet peaches, warm cinnamon, and buttery crumble is sure to please your taste buds and warm your soul. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 100g cold butter (diced)
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 50g rolled oats

Kitchen Tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • baking dish
  • oven

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Toss the mixture until the peaches are well coated, then transfer it to a baking dish.

Next, in the same mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cold diced butter, brown sugar, and rolled oats. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until a crumbly texture forms. Sprinkle this crumble mixture evenly over the top of the peaches in the baking dish.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling. The scent of cinnamon and baked peaches will fill your kitchen, signaling that it’s time to take the crumble out of the oven.

Once the crumble has cooled slightly, serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. The contrast of warm, gooey peach filling and cold, creamy ice cream is simply divine.

This Cinnamon Peach Crumble recipe yields approximately 800g of dessert and serves 6 people. Each serving is around 133g, with an estimated calorie count of 250 per serving.

One unique tip for this recipe is to add a handful of chopped pecans or almonds to the crumble mixture for an extra crunch and nutty flavor. The nuts will toast beautifully in the oven and take this dessert to the next level.

I hope you enjoy making and savoring this Cinnamon Peach Crumble as much as I do. Feel free to customize it with your favorite fruits or spices to make it your own. Happy baking!
