Hey there, foodies! Today, I’m excited to share a completely new recipe that I recently concocted. I was feeling adventurous and decided to mix together some unexpected flavors and ingredients to create a dish that’s truly one-of-a-kind.

For this fusion feast, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • purple potatoes (400g)
  • dragon fruit (1)
  • microgreens (50g)
  • kiwi (2)
  • seaweed salad (100g)
  • miso paste (50g)
  • coconut cream (200ml)
  • gochujang (30g)

Before diving into the recipe, make sure you have the following kitchen tools on hand:

  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • potato masher
  • blender
  • saute pan

To start, peel and cube the purple potatoes. Boil them until tender, then mash them into a smooth puree. In a blender, combine the dragon fruit flesh, miso paste, and coconut cream. Blend until smooth to create a vibrant sauce.

Next, slice the kiwi into rounds and arrange them on a plate. Top with a spoonful of seaweed salad and a dollop of mashed purple potatoes. Drizzle the dragon fruit miso sauce over the top. Garnish with microgreens and a swirl of gochujang for a spicy kick.

The finished dish weighs approximately 800 grams and serves 4. Each serving is around 200 grams and packs a flavorful punch with an estimated calorie count of 300 per serving.
