Ingredients

  • 200g purple cauliflower
  • 150g black rice
  • 1 small beetroot, grated
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 50g walnuts, chopped
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • 10g fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
