  • quinoa (150g)
  • coconut milk (200ml)
  • curry powder (10g)
  • chickpeas (100g)
  • spinach (50g)
  • cherry tomatoes (100g)
  • avocado (1, sliced)

Before you begin, make sure you have the following kitchen tools ready:

  • saucepan
  • wooden spoon
  • knife
  • cutting board

Start by rinsing the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness. In a saucepan, combine the quinoa and coconut milk. Stir in the curry powder and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions until fluffy and the liquid is absorbed.
