Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Kitchen Tools:

  • blender
  • strainer
  • knife
  • cutting board

Start by blending the diced cucumber, cubed mango, coconut water, lime juice, and mint leaves in a blender until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove any pulp or chunks.

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the strained mixture over the ice. Garnish with a few mint leaves and a slice of cucumber or lime, if desired.
