For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients: a can of chickpeas (240g, drained), a ripe avocado (150g), a lemon (1), cherry tomatoes (100g), fresh basil leaves (10g), olive oil (15ml), salt, pepper, red chili flakes, and whole grain bread slices (4).

To prepare this dish, you will need the following kitchen tools:

Start by draining the chickpeas and placing them in a bowl. Mash them using a fork until you achieve a chunky consistency.
