Today, I’m excited to share with you a unique and delicious recipe for Spicy Mango Coconut Chicken Curry. This flavorful dish combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the richness of coconut milk and a kick of spicy heat, creating a perfect balance of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
