These tacos are a delightful fusion of flavors and textures that are perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a fun weekend lunch with friends.

Ingredients:

  • fresh shrimp (300g)
  • ripe mango, diced (1 medium)
  • jalapeno, finely chopped (1)
  • lime, juiced (1)
  • garlic, minced (2 cloves)
  • ground cumin (1 tsp)
  • chili powder (1 tsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • corn tortillas (8)
  • fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

To start, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, chopped jalapeno, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to create a flavorful mango salsa.
