Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette
  • 1 ripe mango, diced (200g)
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
